SALES EXECUTIVE

UI / UX DESIGNER

They are typically involved in all stages of the design process, from conducting user research to creating wireframes and prototypes, and working with developers to implement the final design. UI/UX developers are often skilled in a variety of design tools and techniques, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

WEB DEVELOPER

BICYCLE MECHANIC

Responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles. Retail Supervisor

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $2.2-3K Excluding commissions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train retail staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve sales growth
  • Ensure the store’s inventory is adequately stocked and displayed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
  • Continuously seek to improve store operations and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Familiarity with personal mobility devices is a plus

Retail Sales Associate

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $1.3-2.1k Excluding commissions and OT.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations and answering product-related questions
    Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process
    Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized, with products properly displayed and stocked
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in personal mobility devices or related products
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and familiarity with personal mobility devices
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Customer Service and Admin Officer

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $2.2-3K Excluding commissions and OT

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, or in-person
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer data is updated in our systems
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Manage customer feedback and provide input to the management team on areas for improvement
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer situations
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with personal mobility devices is a plus

Bike Technician

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $1.4-3K Excluding commissions and OT.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments on bicycles and personal mobility devices, identifying and repairing any issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustment of brakes and gears
  • Install new parts and components, such as chains, pedals, and tires
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, and in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the best solutions for their repair and maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work, and ensure customer data is updated in our systems
  • Continuously seek to improve repair and maintenance processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bicycle repairs and maintenance, with additional experience in personal mobility devices preferred
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, with a deep understanding of bicycle and personal mobility device mechanics
  • Familiarity with a variety of bicycle and personal mobility device brands and models
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality workmanship
