Return & Refund Policy for purchases from our website

The Return & Refund Policy is only applicable for purchases from our website,

Goods sold via physical stores are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

This is not applicable for purchases from all other platform/channels, including MOBOT physical stores, partners’ websites and physical stores, exhibitions and other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

If you are not happy with your purchase with valid reasons (exclude a change of mind, scratches and colour discrepancy), just bring or send back to us within 7 days for a refund.

If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Do kindly bring back the sealed (if comes in a box) and unused item along with the original receipt, warranty card, free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase in its original condition (sealed box).

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.

If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude international shipping (as paid), local delivery ($35) and non-recoverable payment platform charges. For payment made with credit card, bank may take 2 to 4 weeks to process the refund.

We will not issue refunds for products purchased through partners’ websites, physical stores, exhibitions and other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

This policy excludes deposit, pre-order, flash sales, indent units, purchase with trade-in old e-scooters, display, refurbished and used sets.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We are unable to issue a refund if the cause is not within our control, not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, regulation changes, war, civil unrest, import or export restrictions.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

A 10% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.

International Customers

Occasionally, due to international shipping and handling, there will inevitable have scratches on the frame or components. We will evaluate on a case by case basic.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way back to Singapore.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
