If you are not happy with your purchase (exclude a change of mind), just bring or send back to us within 7 days for a refund.
Do kindly bring back the sealed (if comes in a box) and unused item along with the original receipt, warranty card, free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase in its original condition (sealed box)
Once we receive the returned item Mobot will then give the refund in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase. If delivery
has taken place, the refund will exclude international shipping (as paid), local delivery ($20) and non-recoverable payment platform charges. For payment made with credit card, bank may take 4 to 6 weeks to process the refund.
Mobot will not issue refunds for products purchased through partners’ websites, physical stores, exhibitions and other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
This policy excludes pre-order, flash sales, purchase with trade-in old e-scooters, display, refurbished and used sets.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way back to Singapore.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
