Prime X-Pro 4 Wheels Mobility Scooter
MOBOT Prime X-Pro is one of the most comfortable 4-wheel mobility scooter. Therefore, this LTA-compliant mobility scooter suits riders who prefer a spacious seat with a high backrest.
Equipped with a large capacity 24V 20AH battery, 8.5″ solid tyres, intelligent braking, and anti-tip features, the Prime X-Pro has all the features needed for a safe and comfortable ride.
In addition, the Prime X-Pro has many ergonomic features. Firstly, it uses a lever arm for easy and flexible control. Secondly, the stem is adjustable for optimal reach. Thirdly, the seat height can be adjusted and swivelled sideways for easy dismounting. Next, the armrest is retractable to allow caregivers more space to assist the elderly. In addition, this mobility scooter has two front bottle holders and one rear umbrella/walking stick holder. Finally, the Prime X-Pro 4-wheel mobility scooter can be disassembled for transportation.

LTA advisory message (Applicable to Singapore)
- With effect from 1 Feb 2019, the maximum device speed for mobility scooters is 10 km/h as stipulated in the Active Mobility Act. For more details, please click here.
- Ministry of Transport (MOT) announced on 5 Mar 2024 that the maximum device speed for mobility scooters will be lowered to 6 km/h. This new regulation will take effect some time Q1 2026. Genuine mobility scooter users may also continue to use their existing devices (ie mobility scooters whch has a maximum unladen speed of 10 km/h) until end 2028, so long as they travel within 6 km/h. - Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) such as mobility scooters are not required to register with Land Transport Authority (LTA) or fulfil UL2272 certifications. For more details, please click here.
- Ministry of Transport (MOT) announced on 5 Mar 2024 that only users certified with relevant medical needs or walking difficulties are allowed to use mobility scooters. User will need to take a Assessment for Mobility Scooter (AMS) from their regular doctor or occupational therapist. This new regulation will take effect some time Q1 2026. More details will be available in late 2025. Users do not have to approach healthcare professionals to obtain certification yet. For more details, please check here.
Warranty
- 1 year (carry-in) under normal usage.
- Does not include wear & tear and consumable parts, not limited to tyres, brake pads, chain, sprockets.
- Others items exclude from warranty are paint, chrome components, polished surfaces, saddles and handgrips where deterioration may be caused by normal usage, poor maintenance or natural degradation of surfaces.
- Does not cover damages due to water/moisture, accident and misuse.
- Warranty may be void if critical components are modified or replaced with non original or non compatible parts.
- Not applicable for international orders. (ie outside of Singapore)

Shipping & Delivery
For e-scooters and ebikes, due to Land Transport Authority (LTA) limited inspection and registration services, delivery may be affected.
FREE delivery for all electric scooters (e-scooters) and electric bicycles (ebikes) within Singapore.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and our team will contact you to arrange for delivery.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
As part of our quality assurance, all electric scooters, electric bicycles, bicycles and mobility scooters will be pre-assembled and tested before delivery.

For bicycles and ebikes, we recommend that you bring it to your local bike shop for a pre-ride check.
