By applying to the MOBOT affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Commission
The program uses a woocommerce affiliate plugin to track the commission. The program uses 7 days tracking through cookies.
Commissions will only be paid on sales that the plugin tracked.
Payment
Payment will be the process on 10th of each month for qualified commission only when the it reaches the threshold of Singapore dollars $200. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will
be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for any future customer transactions.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited
to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
You shall not represent yourself as a dealer or representative of MOBOT.
Use false or misleading statements on the benefits of using MOBOT and its products.
When requested, you will have to share the places you used your affiliate links. This includes, but is not limited to, links, screenshots, and email sends.
You shall only use affiliate links for the products shown in reasonable exposure in your content.
Affiliate links can be used to track sales. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause inability to track referrals.

Q1: What are the requirements to join the program?
We are looking for content creators with active social media accounts. Bonus for creators who are bicycle, ebikes, e-scooter enthusiasts.
Q2: Do you provide discount or promo codes for my viewers?
No. As we have a regularly and comprehensive marketing (and remarketing) throughout the year, let us take care of the product promotions. Therefore you should share these promotions in your content and encourage your viewers to support you by clicking on the link to purchase.
Q3: A friend supported me and click on the link to purchase. But I cannot see the transaction on the dashboard.
