Mobot offers a limited 1-year warranty on all mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs, covering defects in materials and workmanship. How long will it take to get my orders?

Are your motorised electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters rainproof or waterproof?
Mobot’s electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not waterproof. They should not be exposed to heavy rain or direct water, as this may cause irreversible damage. Light drizzle for short periods is generally acceptable, but extended exposure is not recommended.
Do you offer financing, installment, or hire purchase plans?
Currently, Mobot does not provide financing, installment or hire purchase plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay debit and credit cards. Alternatively, we also accept payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
