Prime 4 Wheels Mobility Scooter

The MOBOT Prime is a reliable and affordable 4 wheels mobility scooter. Therefore, it is suitable for customers who are looking for a basic and compact LTA-compliant mobility scooter for their daily travel.

Like most MOBOT 4-wheel mobility scooters, the Flexi Prime mobility scooter provides maximum stability. It comes with a heavy base which also mounts the battery. In other words, the Prime mobility scooter is robust and sturdy. In addition, its explosion-proof 8″ tyres do not puncture and require no maintenance. Other than those features, this mobility scooter comes with intelligent braking and anti-tip features. Therefore it is the top choice for a basic yet reliable mobility scooter.

Powered by a 24V 180W motor with 12AH lead-acid battery, the Prime mobility scooter covers a good distance of 15 – 20 km on a single charge.
The dial mounted on the control panel allows you to adjust the speed easily.

Finally, the Prime 4 wheels mobility scooter can be disassembled into different components for easy transportation and storage. Therefore, you can load the mobility scooter onto the car boot with ease.

LTA advisory message (Applicable to Singapore)
  • With effect from 1 Feb 2019, the maximum device speed for mobility scooters is 10 km/h as stipulated in the Active Mobility Act. For more details, please click here.
  • Ministry of Transport (MOT) announced on 5 Mar 2024 that the maximum device speed for mobility scooters will be lowered to 6 km/h. This new regulation will take effect some time Q1 2026. Genuine mobility scooter users may also continue to use their existing devices (ie mobility scooters whch has a maximum unladen speed of 10 km/h) until end 2028, so long as they travel within 6 km/h.   • Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) such as mobility scooters are not required to register with Land Transport Authority (LTA) or fulfil UL2272 certifications. For more details, please click here.
  • Ministry of Transport (MOT) announced on 5 Mar 2024 that only users certified with relevant medical needs or walking difficulties are allowed to use mobility scooters. User will need to take a Assessment for Mobility Scooter (AMS) from their regular doctor or occupational therapist. This new regulation will take effect some time Q1 2026. More details will be available in late 2025. Users do not have to approach healthcare professionals to obtain certification yet.  For more details, please check here.
Warranty
  • 1 year (carry-in) under normal usage.
  • Does not include wear & tear and consumable parts, not limited to tyres, brake pads, chain, sprockets.
  • Others items exclude from warranty are paint, chrome components, polished surfaces, saddles and handgrips where deterioration may be caused by normal usage, poor maintenance or natural degradation of surfaces.
  • Does not cover damages due to water/moisture, accident and misuse.
  • Warranty may be void if critical components are modified or replaced with non original or non compatible parts.
  • Not applicable for international orders. (ie outside of Singapore)

Singapore Orders

For e-scooters and ebikes, due to Land Transport Authority (LTA) limited inspection and registration services, delivery may be affected.

FREE delivery for all electric scooters (e-scooters) and electric bicycles (ebikes) within Singapore.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and our team will contact you to arrange for delivery.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

As part of our quality assurance, all electric scooters, electric bicycles, bicycles and mobility scooters will be pre-assembled and tested before delivery.

International Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

All international orders will take 2-3 working days to process and we will update you with a tracking number as soon as possible.

As part of our quality assurance, all mobility devices such as bicycles, ebikes, e-scooters and mobility scooters will be remove from their boxes, inspected and tested before putting back into the box for delivery.

For bicycles and ebikes, we recommend that you bring it to your local bike shop for a pre-ride check.

Flexi Prime Scooter

A good and reliable Scooter with comfortable seat very satisfied with my purchase. The downside for this Scooter is that it takes more than 7 to 8 hours to recharge the battery after use
