I had my bike sent in for tuning this afternoon at Oxley Bizhub. I was attended immediately upon arrival. The service was very good and the gear speed shifting issue was resolved within 20 mins including bike testing. The mechanic has also helped to adjust my bike seat angle willingly. Thanks for the service!

I went to Mobot Oxley Bizhub to enquire about Camp Polo bike. I was served by Charis who's very friendly and helpful. She knows the product well and has answered my questions. I purchased it and rode the bike for about 45km.
The riding experience was good except that the gear shifting from 6 to 7 speed was not smooth. I can understand that the bike was brand new and would need a little adjustment. Will send the bike for tuning.
Overall, the bike is value for money and affordable. I'm happy with this purchase.

I think it has value for money. However, it doesn’t mean the product is very good. It is making unpleasant noise when I ride it from many parts. It needs to be improved.

We went test drive at their Oxley Bizhub 2 branch to see which model meet our requirements. We were being served by their friendly and knowledgeable staff, Pei Bing , who attend to all of our questions and requests attentively and patiently. We test drive many models freely and finally we choose Camp Polo as it complies with our needs at an affordable price. The bike feels solid, firm and stable. the gears can be engaged and changed smoothly and easily. At gear 7, the ride is steady and fast. The overall weight is light enough for occasional lifting up and down the stair at MRT stations; It can be handle with ease. We feel that It is value for money whether it is for leisure ride in the park or for commuting to the city.
